The fulfillment of your order begins as soon as it is submitted and usually cannot be stopped once the order is submitted. Please refer to the Total Life Changes Return Policy for instructions on how to return the order if you do not wish to keep it.

Total Life Changes uses USPS & UPS shipping services in the USA and Landmark Global for Europe & Canada shipments. The most efficient service to your local area will deliver your order. 
Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive tracking information via email to confirm the details of your shipment.

Total Life Changes is committed to providing customers and Life Changers with exceptional service. You are eligible to exchange your unused product(s) within thirty calendar days from the date of delivery.
Print and complete the RMA form and return it with your product to 6094 Corporate Drive, Fair Haven MI 48023. 
Please provide a copy of your order invoice, that can be downloaded in your back office portal. Provide the item(s) that you would like to exchange for. If there is a difference in pricing a customer support agent will contact you to process the balance due.
TLC may withhold or deduct any commissions, bonuses or other compensation earned as a result of qualifications utilizing product now being exchanged.

Return or exchange any Total Life Changes item in just three simple steps:
1. Package your return securely. Be sure to enclose a copy of your invoice.
2. Send it back to us using a trackable delivery service.
Complete the RMA Form and include it in your return. You may also submit the form to info@totallifechanges.com 

• Returns must be shipped to us within 30 days of the date you received your order.
• Please do not combine orders for return; only one order per package.

Be sure to keep the return tracking number for your records.
